Next to golf club gastein, 15 minutes' walk to Bad Gastein - train station. The room had its own sunny balcony.

The hotel has a great location, walking distance from the slopes and main bus stops. the rooms have beautiful views of the mountains and are clean with comfortable beds and good heating. the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is of a good standard.
The decor is quite dated and the amenities are limited with no wifi in the rooms.

Breakfast was very good, dining room was lovely and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful. Balcony view very nice. Good location--close to downtown.
The hotel has seen better days. The furniture in the room was old and worn, had not been dusted, and the carpet had not been vacuumed. We also had to wipe down the bathroom. The facility was not worth the price. We were disappointed. We had read a book review that described the housekeeping as "excellent" which is why we chose this hotel.

Nice friendly hotel, to be recommended
The smell from the bathroom in our room was bad at first and became worse over the next two days, we finally had to change rooms because it could not be fixed over the weekend. We did however receive a 10% discount on our stay, without even asking.

Great location, we could easily walk to most sights and restaurants. The breakfast spread was diverse and filling. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the helpful staff who gave us many tips about the area.
The room was quite dated and the walls were thin, making it difficult to sleep through the noise from the hallway. , the hotel's restaurant closed quite early, which made it challenging to grab a meal after a late evening out.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is perfect - just a short walk from the bus stop that takes you directly to the ski lift. It makes getting to the slopes a breeze, especially if you're carrying ski gear. The hotel also boasts large balconies in each room, allowing you to fully experience the stunning mountain views. And speaking of rooms, they are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. Another highlight is the breakfast, which caters to different tastes, including my Australian palate. this hotel provides great value for money and pays attention to detail in every aspect.
No aspect needs improving - everything was absolutely delightful!

We loved the central location of the hotel, which was close to the main bus stops that could take us to other parts of the valley. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, making our stay very pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot-on, and the breakfast was delicious with a good selection of bread and jams. The parking facilities were convenient and made traveling by car hassle-free.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
